And Advens puts its performance at the service of people and the planet: 50% of the company's financial value is dedicated to the Advens for People and Planet endowment fund, to be used for actions in favor of People and the Planet.Together, the company and the endowment fund, we are building a unique model of global performance (economic, social and environmental) to become a European positive-contribution company.ExecutivesJob DescriptionThe missionsReporting directly to the CEO, the Fundraiser & Global performance developer will be responsible for developing the endowment fund's financial resources, focusing on diversifying the revenue models for each thematic pillar or program. He/she will also be responsible for supporting impact partners in developing their global performance (business model hybridization, impact valorization, etc.).Design and implement effective fundraising strategies.Work with the thematic teams to draw up funding development plans specific to each thematic pillar of the Impact thesis.Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, corporate partners and other funding sources.2. Development of Revenue Models:Analyse the financial needs of each thematic pillar or fund programme.Design and implement innovative and sustainable revenue models.Assess opportunities for hybridization between for-profit and not-for-profit business models.Propose creative solutions for developing income while respecting impact objectives.3. Measuring global performance:Participating in the creation of a methodology for measuring the global performance of the endowment fund, its programs and its partners.To oversee the production of the fund's annual global performance reports, and to support the thematic teams in producing reports specific to their activities.QualificationsSkills requiredIn-depth understanding of profit / non-profit business models and business development.Proven skills in fundraising and proposal writing.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Ability to develop financial strategies aligned with impact's objectives.Strong ability to write and promote editorial contentFluency in French and English.
