  /p /p ppbABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE /b  /p /p ppAs part of  our   international  growth ,  we   are  seeking   a   BtoB   Sales  Manager   to  play   a pivotal  role   in FDJ  UNITED’s   expansion by  identifying   and  securing   new business  opportunities ,  leading   B2B tenders, and  managing   strategic   partnerships to  ensure   profitable and  sustainable   market   development   across   regulated   markets .   /p /p ppbWHAT YOU WILL DO /b  /p /pppb1) Sales  Strategy     Market   Development /b  /p /ppullipDefine   and  implement   FDJ’s   international sales  strategy .   /p /li /ul /ppullipAlign   commercial efforts  with   FDJ’s   roadmap and  strategic   priorities .   /p /li /ul /p /pppullipMonitor  market   trends and  competitor   activities   to  identify   opportunities .   /p /li /ul /pppb2)  Prospecting   Relationship Building /b  /p /ppullipIdentify   and  qualify   new international prospects.   /p /li /ul /ppullipBuild   and  maintain   strong   relationships   with   potential   clients.   /p /li /ul /ppullipAnimate   relationships   with   regulators   and local  partners   for  our   products .   /p /li /ul /ppullipRepresent   FDJ in  external   forums,  conferences , and  strategic   meetings.   /p /li /ul /pppb3) B2B Tender Management /b  /p /ppullipLead and  coordinate   tender  processes   for new clients.   /p /li /ul /ppullipPrepare   and  submit   competitive   offers   aligned   with   FDJ’s   objectives.   /p /li /ul /ppullipCollaborate   with   internal   teams   (Legal, Finance, Product) to  ensure   compliance and  quality .   /p /li /ul /pppb4) Commercial  Development     Negotiation /b  /p /ppullipCreate   and  manage   B2B/B2B2C commercial channels.   /p /li /ul /ppullipNegotiate   contracts   and partnership  agreements .   /p /li /ul /ppullipEnsure   alignment   between   client  needs   and  FDJ’s   product /service  offerings .   /p /li /ul /ppullipPropose business concepts  derived   from   customer   meeting   insights to  generate   additional   revenue and  enhance   profitability   in the B2B segment.   /p /li /ul /pppb5)  Profitability   Performance Monitoring /b  /p /ppullipEnsure   profitability   and  scalability   of expansion efforts.   /p /li /ul /ppullipTrack  KPIs:   tenders  participated ,  success   rate, revenue  from   new  markets , new  contracts   signed .   /p /li /ul /ppullipProvide   regular   reporting   to management on business performance.   /p /li /ul /pppb6)  Internal   Coordination Strategic Support /b  /p /p /pppullipWork  cross functionally   with   Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product  teams .   /p /li /ul /ppullipSupport  strategic   planning  with   market   intelligence and feedback.   /p /li /ul /ppullipMaintain   CRM  hygiene   and documentation  related   to prospects and  opportunities .   /p /li /ul /pppb7) Compliance Risk Management /b  /p /ppullipEnsure   compliance  with   regulatory   frameworks   in  target   markets .   /p /li /ul /ppullipAnticipate   risks   and propose mitigation  strategies .   /p /li /ul /p ppbWHY JOIN THE TEAM /b  /p /p pp- Make   a direct impact on FDJ  UNITED’s   international  footprint ,  with   high  executive   visibility   and  ownership   on   strategic   deals.    /p /ppp- Work   in a collaborative,  cross functional   environment   that   values  accountability , innovation, and collective  success   /p /p ppiTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE… /i  /p /ppp- A   degree   in Business/Engineering/International Relations (or  equivalent ),  10 + ye ars ’   experience   in  international B2B sales,  tendering   or partnerships, in   the  Lot t ery  Industry .    /p /ppp- Proven   success   in  end to end   bid   management,  complex   contract   negotiation , and solution  selling   across   multiple stakeholders.    /p /ppp- Strong   relationship   building  skills   with   regulators , public  authorities , and  C level   counterparts ;   excellent verbal and  written   communication in English (French and/or  another   European   language   is   a plus).    /p /ppp- Data driven   mindset ;   ability   to  build   business cases,  track   KPIs, and  steer   profitability   at  scale .    /p /ppp- Resilience ,  curiosity , and a passion for  winning   in  competitive   environments .   /p /p /pppbYou have  everything   to gain by  joining   FDJ UNITED /b  /p /p ppWe   believe   that   talent  knows   no  boundaries .
