Our teams also receive manufacturer training to stay at the forefront of innovation.Reporting to the After-Sales Services manager, you will be responsible for the tasks assigned to you at our Sissonne (02) branch.WHAT IF IT WERE YOU?!Manage the workshop (client calls, invoicing, warranty management, etc.).Adhere to the assigned budget and the after-sales objectives of the branch by setting goals for the staff, informing them of technical and strategic guidelines, and reporting results, incidents, etc., to management.Coordinate and oversee the workload and daily activities of workshop and field technicians to ensure smooth operations while fully complying with our safety, environmental, and quality policies:Organise your work according to given instructions.Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and preparation of new and used equipment, regardless of complexity.Manage client interactions throughout the service process.Keep clients informed about the progress of their service.The goal is to optimise efficiency and productivity while ensuring high-quality repairs.Interested?You have at least 3 years of experience as a workshop coordinator in agricultural machinery (or a related field).Excellent technical knowledge of agricultural products/services.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyse and diagnose malfunctions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
