We are a network of Maintenance and Repair Organizations with approximately 400 employees across Europe, specialized to perform high quality maintenance, repairs and installations on the entire Cessna, Hawker and Beechcraft product family.For our team in Paris, we are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Work Preparator/Scheduler to ensure the availability of all necessary data/information in order to service aircraft or supply components in coordination with all the pertinent departments involved in the maintenance.Responsibilities:Opening SO and work package preparationParts ordering when the revision is preparedVerification of tooling availabilitySO paperwork review preparationRepairs management preparationLiaise with planning and hangar to prepare and schedule the maintenance visitInitiate PIRM (Preliminary Input Review Meeting) to analyze future major maintenanceQualifications:From a 2 years diploma, you have an experience in a similar function.Ability to work in a small team. Planning and organizational skills. Dynamic personality. Solution driven and structured way of working. Microsoft Office package good skills. Proven communication skills S/O creation, SQK txt.
