**Job Description:** brAre you passionate about digital topics and interested in working within *Airbus Defence Space **Digital* as a Windows / Linux Service Delivery Manager?brKeen on supporting the full lifecycle of Digital:br* Bids phase with program Linesbr* Gather and Prioritize requirementsbr* Coordinate projects requestsbr* Ensure the right level of Services?brbrYou will be part of an *Airbus Defence Space* international team implementing and operating Windows and Linux RedHat Operating Systems.brAs a member of the *Server OS team*, you will be based in *Toulouse, France* and responsible for the efficient delivery of Server run operations in France.brYour challenges:br* Monitor the performance of our externalized run supplier (SLAs follow-up, invoices control, security patching level, problem management, continuous improvement, ...)br* Coordinate technical MFTs in case of a major incident / crisisbr* Budget forecast and follow-up (approx. 3m€)br* Monitor obsolescence and lead minor upgrades implementationbr* Organize regular surveys measuring our customers satisfactionbr* Facilitate the discussion between our customers and our experts or our run supplierbrbrYour profile:br* Steering an outsourced contract: being strong on the contract execution (price, SLA, priorities, ...), while being fair and building trust with the run supplierbr* Work under the stress during outagesbr* Rigorous, organized and able to follow multiple activities in parallelbr* Professional experience: 5+ years in infrastructure operations or similar experiencebr* Basic knowledge in hosting: Windows OS, Linux OS, patching solutions (WSUS / MCEM / RedHat Sat), VMware, Active Directory / Linux IdMbr* Basic knowledge in network: LAN / WAN, TCP/IPbrbrThis position requires a French security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized French authorities.brNot a 100% match?
