Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will ensure that performance, safety, efficiency and client satisfaction are delivered to a high standard. /p pYou will manage Section Managers, Supervisors and warehouse teams, maintaining strong communication with internal departments and clients. The role involves driving productivity, managing resources and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Key responsibilities of the role include: /p ul liLeading the warehouse operations to achieve service, quality and efficiency targets. /li liEnsuring full compliance with health and safety standards and promoting a safe working culture. /li liManaging labour planning, productivity and costs to meet operational targets. /li liReviewing data to identify and deliver performance and process improvements. /li liMaintaining close communication with Client Services to resolve issues and support client requirements. /li liProducing and presenting operational performance reports and KPI updates. /li liEnsuring all team members receive regular reviews and training. /li liSupporting new business implementation and client site visits. /li liWorking collaboratively with the management team to share best practice and deliver site objectives. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liProven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within a 3PL environment. /li liStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and performance management. /li liFinancial awareness with experience managing labour and operational costs. /li liExcellent communication, organisation and leadership skills. /li liConfident decision-maker with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. /li liEnergetic, driven and committed to achieving results in a fast-paced environment. /li liStrong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with WMS software (desirable). /li liExperience within fashion or beauty logistics (desirable). /li /ul pPlease be aware we will be considering applications as we receive them and arranging interviews accordingly.
