We support non-profit and social organisations helping underprivileged youth to develop the skills and talents that will help them strive for success in a fast-changing world and threatened planet. /p pOur philanthropic long-term approach enables us to build strong and diverse partnerships with pioneer charities and businesses across the globe contributing to a better society for the next generations. /p pRole Profile (F) /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProduce thematic research to identify most relevant impact investment themes /li liRegularly produce research reports and presentations to update the team on investment opportunities /li liScreening and evaluating investment opportunities against established investment thesis /li liResearching the sectors in which our potential targets operate /li liLeading due diligence process in collaboration with a dedicated investment team /li libPreparing investment memos /b /li liPresenting investment opportunities to the foundation management, board and investment committee. /li liAssisting with deal execution work streams /li liContributing to monitoring of existing portfolio companies /li /ul h3Hard Skills required /h3 ul liFinancial Analysis and Modeling, including experience with equity transactions and ability to assess financial viability, risk return profiles /li liExpertise in developing and implementing impact frameworks and methodologies for assessing social and environmental impact /li liPortfolio management skills including monitoring performance and risk assessment /li liAbility to conduct in-depth market and sectors research to inform investment decisions /li liStrong skills in Microsoft office (Excel / PowerPoint) and Data analysis /li /ul h3Soft Skills required /h3 ul liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liAbility to build effective and long-term relationships between individuals, teams, lines of business and across geographical / cultural boundaries /li liProactive, analytical and detail-oriented approach to solving problems in dynamic and fast paced environments /li liWillingness to learn and adapt to new challenges /li liExceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an entrepreneurial setting /li liAbility to work independently and take a high-level of responsibility /li liPositive attitude, humility, empathy and a strong commitment to social and environmental impact /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
