The role includes ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and customer satisfaction requirements. Key Responsibilities Quality Management: Lead, coordinate, and implement the quality management system across all dealerships. Conduct quality audits, support managers, and ensure ISO 9001 certification. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor satisfaction indicators, analyze results, and implement corrective actions. Handle customer complaints and ensure their resolution. Safety Environment: Promote safety and environmental initiatives, update safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance. IT Access Management: Manage and assign IT access for new employees. Candidate Profile Ideal candidates will have significant experience in quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, with proficiency in ISO 9001 standards. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Willingness to travel daily within the designated regions (86 /79/17) is required.
