You will work closely with our Co‑Executive Directors and fellow Trustees, including our Founders, to guide the organisation’s strategic direction, ensuring robust governance and oversight while supporting a culture of innovation, inclusion and learning. Together, you will help strengthen our impact, deepen our partnerships and shape our evolution as a thoughtful, collaborative and globally connected organisation. /p pWe welcome individuals who share our commitment to protecting and regenerating life on Earth and who bring insight, curiosity and creativity to their work. You will have leadership experience and may have experience in areas such as policy, systems change, organisational development, regional knowledge or lived experience aligned with our programmes, and technology. Trustees are appointed for a four‑year term, with an estimated time commitment of up to 14 days per year. Expenses are provided. /p h3Brief Process Summary /h3 pPerrett Laver will conduct an executive search process in parallel with the public advertisement of the role.
