- Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions (e.g., monitors, motherboards).
- Perform computer and hard drive resets, ensuring data backup and restoration.
- Manage user data, settings, and system administration activities.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and software-related problems.
Skills:
- Proven experience in hardware, software, and smartphone troubleshooting and configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or equivalent).
