Position: Technical Project manager Expectations: AESC seeks a Technical Project Manager to join our team and contribute to a groundbreaking Engineering-Procurement-Construction project of significant magnitude. Key activities: Ensure regular project meetings with external stakeholders, proving relevant documentation where appropriate. Directing the project team, which is combined of internal stakeholders Coordinate all related construction and manufacturing activities and lead resolution of field construction problems Communicates/liaise with operations during system installation and commissioning Report progress/risks to the Project Director Identify construction-related risks and develop mitigation plans Identify and track potential field change orders Identify potential claims or disputes Document all field activities Participate during contracting strategy development and contractor selection Organize and perform projects design/gate reviews related to plant engineering & support other disciplines’ ones when required. Lead change control impacting plant engineering deliverables & activities Responsibility for the timely completion of the project scope, including the involvement of suppliers and customers as well as for the costs in the project and ensuring the project success. This also includes professional claim management to improve the project result Planning of the tasks to be carried out in the project team and implementation of progress controlling Requirements: Master’s degree in Civil/Industrial Engineering Graduate studies in project management or business will be valued Have at least 07 years of experience working for global leading companies in supervising and managing the construction of large industrial projects ($100m+ capex) Advanced knowledge and proven delivery on construction and Process scopes Excellent written and verbal communication in French or Spanish (Depending on work location) and English, and presentation skills are a must Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with challenging timelines and goals Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and willingness to continuously learn What we offer: Welcome to our state-of-the-art Gigafactory, where you'll have the opportunity to tackle the world's most fascinating challenges alongside exceptionally talented individuals who are driven to make a difference.
