Permanent Contract Job Description The Team Leader is responsible for the management of his/her team and the laboratory in order to carry out operations within the deadlines and in compliance with Quality and Safety regulations. He/she participates in the development of the department's strategy and deploys it in the teams with clear objectives and Key Performance Indicators. Essential tasks: o Timely delivery of results (coordination of activities including people training & equipment management) o Ensure the compliance with quality and safety rules and requirements. o Participate in the recruitment process and actively engage in retention activities o Development and enhancing the staff skills, development of expertise, etc. o Capacity Planning, resource utilization & controlling of the team budget o Qualification of equipment & operational improvements o Representing the team during client visits, audits & inspections Requirements Your profile:o High level of autonomy, familiar with all the tasks, issues and laboratory function. o Active listener, taking into account the point of view of others. Your communication is open and transparent, sharing information in a timely manner. o An expert in applying principles of continuous improvement, seeking solutions to problems. o You respect and enforce good practices related to the activities (GMP, HSE, Labour Law...) o Scientific and quality-oriented personality with the right attitude to focus on the economic success of the operational team Education and experience : High school diploma or equivalent 5 to 10 years experience in related positions in a GMP regulated environment Able to communicate in English, German is a plus Permanent contract / Executive #J-18808-Ljbffr
