About the Role:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our Commercial Real Estate Advisory team and its Director. In this pivotal role, you will provide daily administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality client service.Essential Duties:Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for the Director and teamPrepare meeting agendas, presentation decks, and commercial documentationSupport the Director and consultants with expense reports, and administrative tasksAssist in the preparation of pitches and client proposalsMaintain and update internal tools and CRM systemsCoordinate with internal departments (marketing, legal, finance) to streamline processesAct as a point of contact for clients and external partnersEducation, experience and skills:Prior experience as an assistant, ideally in a commercial real estate, consulting, or professional services firmStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of both French and English Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)What we offer: Fast paced working environmentEntrepreneurial and supportive teamCompetitive salaryDiscretionary Bonus
