This position reports to Head of Marine OEM EMEA and will work in Chamant, France.About The PositionAs a Supply Chain and Internal Sales Manager in the Chamant team, you will be involved in management of all aspects of materials flow and to maintain control and accuracy over all goods inventories, including all transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, warehouse, receiving, and shipping to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time. This position is also responsible to develop and manage all supplier relationships.Your Main ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the processes of order capture, processing, fulfilment, replenishment, forecasting, and administration.Optimize purchasing forecasting and procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement the most cost-efficient strategies for production planning and procurement, ensuring alignment with customer needs.Ensure the follow-up and validation of all orders to guarantee their processing and shipment planning.Lead and manage the internal sales administration team to ensure effective workload distribution and optimal service levels.Provide high-level support to Sales Managers and Project Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics companies to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries that meet customer expectations.Oversee the management of the French warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and efficient flow of goods (inbound and outbound).Develop and maintain strong relationships with warehouse staff and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.Review, recommend, and supervise the implementation of improvements to supply chain and sales processes and procedures.Ensure the establishment and maintenance of proper documentation related to procurement and supply processes.Prepare delivery performance reports by collecting and analyzing data to proactively identify risks of delays or other potential issues.Communicate potential challenges and propose effective solutions in advance.Ensure adherence to purchasing and supply policies, as well as legal and contractual regulations affecting procurement processes.Perform any other reasonable tasks or duties as required to support the business's operational needs.What do we offer?You are offered an interesting role in a dynamic, fast paced and global environment with great opportunities to grow and take on new challenges.
