Our customers choose ILG because our attention to detail across services like picking, embroidery and engraving adds something special to their brand. As a Stock Controller your duties will include: /p ul liManaging and coordinating stock take/stock audit and cycle counting activities to ensure the required level of service is provided to the customer /li liMaintaining and improving performance levels to maximise accuracy of stock figures in line with site KPIs /li liProactively looking for process improvements with a methodical and consistent approach /li liTaking responsibility for problem investigation and resolution /li liEnsuring activities are cost effective /li liWorking closely with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders and external customers to facilitate stock control procedures /li liAttending daily briefings and ensure effective communications with the Operations Team /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liPrevious experience of stock control and inventory management /li liMethodical and able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and tasks /li liPossess an understanding of 3ex.net/Snap warehouse management system preferred /li liAn understanding of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) (essential) /li liAbility to react within a complex and growing operational environment /li liAble to develop and roll out processes and systems to improve efficiency of department /li liForward thinking with the ability to ‘think on your feet’ /li liAbility to motivate and manage a small team /li /ul pstrongJob Application Requirements /strong – We welcome your application and look forward to considering you for this role.
