Descriptif du poste

In your role you will work closely with department members, supporting them predominantly in Corporate Development activities :

• Industry and company research
• Review of potential acquisition targets
• Financial analysis and valuation
• Support in business strategy projects and benchmarking exercises
• Project management, including execution of M&A transactions (e.g., due diligence)
• Assistance on Corporate Venture Capital activities
• Preparing presentations, memos etc. for senior management on strategic initiatives

Profil et compétences recherchées

• Master Studies in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management or similar at a renowned university or business school (ideally Grande Ecole); legal / regulatory knowledge is a plus
• Strong written and oral English and French skills; German is a plus
• Some experience in Corporate Finance / M&A and / or project management
• Open-minded, curious and interested to learn about and deep dive into new topics
• Outspoken with strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
• Good knowledge of MS Office
