Nous disposons de solides interfaces avec la communication, la gestion de l'information, la qualité, les ressources humaines, les finances, la transformation, les audits d'entreprise, la gestion des risques et les contrôles internes. brNous sommes une petite équipe collaborative qui travaille avec responsabilisation, pragmatisme, créativité et transparence. brNous recherchons des candidats motivés qui apporteront la capacité de challenger, de coacher et de convaincre, et qui ont un véritable esprit d'équipe. br* Votre stage : *brVous contribuerez à définir et préparer le Digital Performance Management System (PMS) - un PMS connecté et standardisé pour améliorer le suivi de l'entreprise, permettant une prise de décision éclairée basée sur les données et ouvrant la voie à l'analyse et au déploiement de l'IA à grande échelle, avec 3 piliers : référentiel KPI, arbre KPI, visualisation des données. brIdéalement, il s'agit d'un *stage de 6 mois* et il devrait commencer en *février 2026 (date sujette à flexibilité).* br* Principales tâches et activités : *brVotre tuteur vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et à développer vos compétences. brVous contribuerez aux éléments suivants : brles 3 piliers du Digital PMS : br* la digitalisation du référentiel KPI (y compris le nettoyage des données, la standardisation), br* la preuve de concept de l'arbre KPI de l'entreprise, br* la digitalisation des données de performance et le développement de tableaux de bord de performance standardisés. br* L'amélioration continue et l'automatisation de la génération des rapports de performance produits mensuellement pour la direction générale. br* Des plongées approfondies spécifiques utilisant des données commerciales et des méthodes statistiques pour fournir des informations. br* Analyse de données et développement de business intelligence. br* Changement culturel vers la transparence et la prévisibilité sur les performances présentes et futures. brbrCe stage vous permettra de développer davantage les compétences suivantes : br* Analyse de données. br* Programmation (Python, SQL) dans Foundry (Palantir). br* Visualisation de données. br* Bonnes compétences en communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, en anglais. br* Compréhension de la gouvernance des données. br* Compétences interpersonnelles. brbr* Votre Carte d'Embarquement: *brVous préparez un diplôme de niveau *Bac+5 en Business Administration* avec une affinité pour la programmation, les Systèmes d'Information de Gestion, la Data Science ou un domaine connexe (ou équivalent), et vous développerez les compétences suivantes : br* Esprit analytique : Capacité à analyser des données, identifier des tendances et résoudre des problèmes br* Travail en équipe : Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe et à motiver les autres br* Gestion du temps : Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à respecter les délais br* Méthodes de gestion de la performance br* Capacité à comprendre rapidement des contextes complexes br* Compréhension financière br* Gestion de projet et du changement brbr* Compétences linguistiques : *brFrançais : courant brAnglais : courant br* Prochaines étapes de notre processus de sélection : *brVotre candidature sera étudiée par un recruteur.
