Sr. PlannerResponsible to lead and drive Capacity planning and Priority planning for all work centers and developing a cohesive relationship amongst stakeholders to adhere and attain on-time delivery of order processing to meet Customer demands.Responsible for overall planning, coordination, and execution of production planning and scheduling on a day-to-day basis to control and support end-to-end supply chain. You will spend 50% or more of the time on the floor smoothening out production plans, work center capacity/loads, optimizing inventory allocations, prioritizing incoming inspections, assembly inspections, stockroom picking and external parts supply to ensure sustainability to production plan adherence, administering corrective actions and following up to determine effectiveness of corrective actions. Areas included in scope are Assembly, Metal Finishing, Shipping, Receiving and Stock Room. Responsible for determining the root cause, corrective action and coordinating implementation of problem resolution. Maintain and update visual assembly documents that supplement assembly drawings.
