Responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier management for given Commodity. Perform sourcing activities for a set portfolio of spend categories at global level to achieve commodity results and ensure compliance with Group strategy.Your MissionDevelop and implement short and mid-term global commodity strategies for assigned commodity group.Define the annual saving budget identifying risk and opportunities for a given commodity, promote and lead cost reduction activities and alternative products/solutions, towards internal stakeholders and suppliers, to contribute to the overall cost reduction target and is responsible for the tenders (RFQ) for the strategic or confidential allocated commodities.Negotiate long-term contracts with global and local suppliers. Negotiation includes lists, quality standards, prices, discount rates, duration, delivery timescales, commercial terms and conditions.For complex situations (main disengagement, …), support the team member in the supplier base management.Scout new suppliers to comply with the category strategy and lead the qualification process developing a unique sustainable supplier base.Your ProfileMaster's degree in Engineering is preferred; Business, Economics is also accepted.Minimum 8 years in strategic sourcing in an international manufacturing company; Experience in international negotiation, contract and claim management.Fluency in French, Italian and/or Chinese is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
