Join e-Power forces and enter a new world of clean mobility ambassadors!Business Group: C-PowerScope of Activity (E-Power) : Battery packs, electronics, and power electronics for heavy mobility and light vehiclesLocalisation : PfastattMissions :Deploy and maintain OPmobility’s HSE policy on-site, with a particular focus on electrification and batteriesSupervise the implementation of prevention tools on-siteAnalyze accidents (LTA, NLTA, first aid) and near misses to determine causes and manage the associated action planTrain employees on TSV, first aid, safety risk analysis, lockout/tagout (LOTO), safety rules, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Provide HSE training for new employeesDefine, maintain, and deploy standard rules and equipment in collaboration with the Industrialization department to safely assemble power electronics components and battery packs, and verify their effectivenessDefine, maintain, and deploy rules and standards for laboratory equipment with the RD departmentDefine and implement best practices, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risks, raise safety awareness, and improve HSE processesPromote ergonomics through HSE activitiesMaintain the site’s HSE KPIs and ensure reporting at the BU/Group levelManage and maintain all relevant HSE certifications for the siteDefine an action plan to achieve carbon neutrality in line with OPmobility Group’s goalsLead specific local projects to reduce energy consumption or implement renewable energy sourcesMaintain communication with the OPmobility Group HSE networkPromote and support Act for All activities on-site (CSR)Profile :Technical degree with a specialization in HSE3 to 5 years of professional experience in the HSE field, preferably in the industry (Chemicals, Electronics)Strong knowledge of occupational health as well as environmental protectionTeam spirit, excellent communication skills, and change management abilitiesProficiency in English requiredBenefits:Company savings planMeal vouchersCSE: preferential rates on a wide range of services (cinemas, gift vouchers, etc.)As a responsible company, OPMobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
