From the Purchase Request to the parts available in stock (and invoiced to supplier), he (she) is responsible to deliver OTIF the components at the right place, the right moment, at the right costs.Your MissionThe scope of its mission is related to supplier panel and parts portfolio:Issue the purchasing order from Purchase request or specific requestFollow up and Update the purchasing order in terms of cost, lead time and change item if anyIdentify all PO lines deviation to request corrections from supplier (Late CRD, Missing Acknowledgement, Long lead time)Report to the leaders any process deviation or critical situationSupport the specific processes for missing parts management (Hot Sales orders, Emergencies, Maintenance packages, set of spare parts)Initiate supplier action plan for missing partsParticipate in the supplier panel optimization (reduction and selection)Participate in the cost reduction programParticipate in the Inventory level optimization (Coverage rate, offer availability, stock value) Issue the Request for quotation (defined by the group rules policy)Validate price increase in case of emergencies (defined by the group rules policy)Issue and share forecast to suppliersParticipate in the tools improvement or implementation (IT, HS)Your ProfileWe are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, or International Business.Previous experience with SAP is essential. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of mechanical or technical components and apply a Lean approach to optimize processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint is also required.We are seeking a person with strong problem-solving skills, perseverance in the face of challenges, and integrity.
