ResponsibilitiesLead and execute analytical transfer projects (setting up and execution of transfer plans, resource needs, and timeline adherences) for both active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and drug products.Collaborate with RD and site responsible transfer teams in transfer activities.Support strategic transfer initiatives like standardizing transfer processes and develop appropriate documentation templates.Support and assist local lead to organize and execute global (Analytical technical support) laboratory activities in a pharmaceutical GMP and Quality Control (QC) environment like analytical investigations, method improvements, evaluation and implementation of new analytical techniques and instruments.Play an active role in team development, including training and mentoring of junior colleagues and regionally deployed temporary colleagues and/or SOP writing.Be the backup of local lead in case of absence.QualificationsMaster, Bachelor, Ph.D. degree or long year experience in a Pharmaceutical / Chemical / Analytical Science required.At least 5 years’ experience in the research and development, manufacturing and testing of pharmaceutical products required.Experience in analytical transfer activities and broad understanding of analytical platforms like pharmaceutical analyses (wet chemistry, chromatography and physicochemical testing) is an advantage.Experience in analytical method troubleshooting and robustness/speed improvements is an advantage.Solid experience working on and in international project teams.Ability to work independently and make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own priorities to meet deadlines.Understanding cultural differences and their impact on work will be beneficial.Proficient in scientific/technical writing and current computer usage (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Additional InformationWe offer a competitive salary according to experience and multiple benefits such as lunch vouchers, family health insurance covered 100% by the employer, fuel bonus, and other company bonuses.You want to enhance your skills in a dynamic company offering real career prospects, then join us!Please send your application (covering letter + CV + salary expectations) under reference 2024 / IGO / SS / 05. #J-18808-Ljbffr
