The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead social media activities across European markets. The role combines strategy, content creation, and performance optimization, with strong regulatory awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
- Build content calendars and manage community engagement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize content
- Manage paid social campaigns and testing
Languages: Native French, C1 English (mandatory); Spanish highly preferred
Must-have
- 3–5 years’ experience in social media management
- Experience in fintech or other regulated industries
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Experience managing multiple European markets
- Proficiency with social media and analytics tools
Nice to have
- Paid social experience
- Knowledge of compliance and financial communications
- Additional European languages
