Collaborate with the General Management, Sales Director, and Product Manager in the Product Development Committee to align initiatives with market strategies. Provide input and support for funding initiatives through collaboration with the International Fundraiser. Team and Operational Management: Manage the Sasso RD Team, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies. Supervise all breeding activities and external recurrent tests, ensuring data reliability and quality control. Oversee and report on SAPPSA RD activities while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. Supervise Credit Tax (France) reporting with support of local French geneticist. Collaboration and Strategic Alignment: Maintain a reporting relationship with the Sasso GM and the BU Layers RD Director while collaborating with the HG RD Director. Participate in Traditional Poultry Management Team meetings. Foster partnerships across departments to ensure the successful execution of development projects.
