Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in villa construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, Ms. Office).
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage construction teams, including site supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimations, resource allocation, and financial oversight.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project efficiency.
