h3What you can look forward to: /h3ulliIn your role, you will focus on reviewing externally prepared market and mortgage lending value appraisals for plausibility of the selected approaches and the valuation methods used /li liIn addition, you will prepare mortgage lending value appraisals of real estate in France, applying the requirements of the BelWertV to foreign markets /li liYou will work with commercial real estate such as hotels, shopping centers, offices and logistics properties, gaining first-hand experience in international real estate financing across three continents and diverse cultural environments /li liIt is clear that you will be a sought-after contact person internally with your specialist knowledge and will help to clarify a wide range of questions relating to real estate and its value determination /li liYou maintain an international network of contacts in the appraisal scene and observe the development of the real estate markets in a practical manner /li liYou will also be involved in various associations and working groups (e.g. HypZert, RICS, etc.) /li /ul h3What we look for: /h3ulliSuccessfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, surveying or a similar discipline /li liSound professional experience of several years (at least 5 years) in commercial real estate appraisal /li liProfound insights into the valuation of foreign real estate /li liYou are highly committed and communicative, appreciate working in a team and enjoy complex tasks and tackling topics with motivation and passion /li liBusiness-fluent English and French language skills, enabling you to communicate confidently in international and client-facing contexts /li liDon't worry – even if you don't meet all the criteria, the position could still be perfect for you.
