Rosier S.A. in Moustier (BE) and a location in Sas van Gent (NL) is a fertiliser manufacturer. The manufacturing company with over 250 employees specialises in the production of "customised" fertiliser. The products are sold through its own sales organisation to agricultural cooperatives and the art trade around the world. Rosier is part of the Yilfert holding company, belonging to the Yildirim Group. We are looking for a full-time candidate for the position of: Senior financial reporting and consolidation specialist To collect, verify and analyze financial data from the various entities and prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Perform in-depth analysis of consolidated financial data to identify trends, variances and key company performance. Provide relevant financial information and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate activities with the company's accounting, finance and operational teams to obtain the information required for financial consolidation. Communicate consolidated financial results clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders, including management, external auditors, investors and regulators. Area of responsibility: Manage the data requests coming from Yıldırım or other parties Ensuring accurate, high quality IFRS adjustments according to IFRS and Group requirements Responsible for IFRS coordination of Rosier's company Working in close relationship with external auditors and the reporting team of Group Companies Providing guidance and supervision to related departments on accounting and reporting issues Following up the Group updates on accounting policies and assess the effects on our financials, communicate those effects to related entities. Interfaces: Reports to the CFO Collaborates with financial dept Rosier and other Yildirim companies Education Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finances and Administrative Sciences Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in IFRS reporting (Preferably in audit firms) Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Good knowledge of English in speech and writing Consolidation experience is an asset Hyperion experience is a plus Attitude: Analytical skills: strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, detect trends, identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement. An ability to use financial analysis tools and modeling techniques would be an asset. Attention to detail: Financial consolidation requires great attention to detail and rigorous accuracy. You must be able to spot errors and inconsistencies in consolidated financial data. Communication skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally. You will be working closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders, so it's important to have good communication skills to explain complex financial results and concepts in an understandable way. Team spirit: You should be able to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with different stakeholders, including the company's finance, accounting and operation...
