We are working with a specialist Cost & Project Management consultancy to the global Data Centre industry. Their clients include leading organisations in the colocation and wholesale data centre sector, global technology companies, financial institutions, technology investors, landlords and data centre operators, as well as two of the biggest data centre developers in the world. With a small, yet established team in France, their excellent project delivery and client relationships have led to an expansion across France and Belgium having secured several exciting projects in the area. Due to this growth, they're seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager. This is a role for an experienced Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to help shape the development of a growing team in France and work on some of the most exciting Data Centre projects in the market, both brownfield expansions and greenfield/new build sites.
