Onventis is a fast-growing B2B software company that streamlines companies' financial processes. With an intuitive platform supporting everything from the purchasing organization’s interaction with suppliers to all company purchases, combined with automated invoice processing, Onventis has become a valued partner in medium and large companies' efforts to digitize their operations. Onventis is expanding its operations in France. The team now needs a driven (Senior) Consultant based in Paris.

If you want to be part of Onventis' growth journey, you should have experience in B2B consulting and enjoy helping companies improve their operations. You will work closely with the Head of Consulting in an international environment, providing creative and solution-oriented advice. The role suits someone with a few years' experience in consulting who wants to work for a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company. Together, we aim to strengthen Onventis' position as a leader in our markets.

Responsibilities include:

1. Consulting customers on the implementation of our software solutions
2. Analyzing business processes and identifying optimization potentials
3. Conducting workshops and training sessions at customer sites or remotely
4. Developing customized concepts for implementing customer requirements
5. Collaborating closely with Sales and Product Development teams
6. Providing dedicated support to existing key accounts

Your Profile

1. Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
2. Experience in consulting, especially in purchasing, procurement, or finance
3. Knowledge of multi-project management methodologies
4. Experience with software projects, process design, and technical process integration is desirable
5. Proficiency in common office applications
6. Fluent in spoken and written French and English
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills
