Reporting to the Sales Director MFG, the Senior BDM's mission will be to develop his/her customers portfolio in order to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.Working closely with the Manufacturing sales team, the Center of Excellence in India and the Delivery team, he/she will be responsible for :Contribute to the elaboration and implementation of the sales strategy and sales action plans with the Clients.Loyalty and growth of the existing perimeterDevelop business with prospects and open new opportunitiesParticipate in the response to calls for tenders, within the framework of TM or fixed-price projectsAnalyze the technical and business needs of customers, in order to adapt potential offersBuild its external and internal network by relying on key stakeholders.In summary, he will be entrusted with 3 client accounts with a focus on 2 main accounts (multi-sectoral, geographical and key account oriented approach) that he will have to develop.The BDM will start its activity with an existing pipeline and the objective will be to develop existing accounts and eventually bring new logos in hunting mode.THE PROFILE:From 15 years of experience including 5 years in a similar position in the sales of services AND solutionsDeveloped commercial fiber and ability to identify potential deals, take appointments, map client accountsAppreciated experience in the sale of offshore solutions/ servicesAbility to understand and challenge clients' technical topicsBroad technological culture: Application solutions, Infrastructure, Cloud...Previous experience in Delivery appreciatedFluent English and FrenchOpen for frequent mobility in ParisWorking at TCS Attractive fixed + variable compensation Holiday Bonus Profit sharing CSE Join an international group present in 50 countries Work on ambitious and innovative projects Participate in our community events: meetups followed by after-works, tech week, etc. And because we want to help you grow and improve, we offer regular training and participation in conferences.
