Our expert team of legal advisors and support staff across the department are known for their ability to handle complex matters involving multiple issues. The team works on all types of disputes and for a range of clients, including working with large corporate clients, smaller businesses, entrepreneurs, schools, and individuals. The range of work is diverse including contractual disputes, director and shareholder disputes, professional and other forms of negligence, insolvency, education law, regulatory and corporate defence, construction, contentious property issues for landowners, landlords or tenants and contentious trust and probate. Our department is experienced in handling high-value as well as high-volume cases.The RoleMain Purpose of the RoleProvide a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of clients.Assist current clients with their specific needs in Dispute Resolution Litigation.Manage a varied and high-value caseload of property disputes for commercial and residential clients.Advise on a wide range of issues, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession claims, and enforcement of covenants.Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and supervision where needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.Contribute to the development of the Property Litigation team through business development activities, marketing initiatives, and networking.Keep up to date with legal developments in property law to ensure the delivery of accurate and effective advice.Assist Senior Lawyers with their caseload and develop own portfolio of clients.Other InformationAttractive salary and discretionary payments.Birthday holiday and 25 days annual leave.Compassionate leave and employee assistance program.Contributory pension and discounted services.Life assurance, and health insurance.Cycle to work scheme, eye care, and discount platform.Social events and professional development opportunities.Volunteer day leave and involvement in firm initiatives.Diversity and InclusionAt Tees, diversity and inclusion are central to our vision.
