The role will be to support the business development and platform buildout by working with PATRIZIA’s Regional Head of Global Client Solutions Southern Europe. You will start in your role by supporting the capital raising efforts for both Real Estate and Infrastructure, open and closed end Funds along with specialized solutions or separately managed accounts for Investors. The Investors are primarily Pension Funds and Financial Intermediaries.You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Product Development and contribute to the strategic build out of our product shelf. With this exciting bandwidth, you will be able to progress and develop into an independent, stand-alone fundraising role or a product development role.Your Responsibilities:Management of SalesForce data to ensure timely execution of marketing activities such as delivery of White Papers, Fund Updates and new fund launches to interested parties.Coordination of marketing events targeted at key clients and prospects.Lead generation in new market segments.Assistance in the planning and execution of Cross-Country Roadshows with Portfolio Managers and key executives and PATRIZIA’s Founder.Assistance with meeting follow-up and coordination of specific information requests with Products Team located in London and Augsburg. Attending meetings where appropriate or applicable.Assistance in the development of new products relevant for the region, according to marketing materials and client focused messaging.Attendance at local conferences and industry events to source new leads for PATRIZIA.Accountability and assistance in the day-to-day compliance and regulatory activities.Assistance with administrative duties such as travel bookings and expense tracking, SAP invoicing and payment.What we look for:Demonstrable prior experience within Client Relationship Management, Investment Management or Business Development.Strong analytical and organizational skills.A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.Strong working experience of using SalesForce and Seismic.Great interpersonal skills - collaboration and connecting with people is key.Excellent presentation skills and a proven self-starter.Knowledge of French language would be considered a great asset.Appetite to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Sounds like you?If you want to create a better tomorrow with us, we want to hear from you via our job portal (www.patrizia.ag/career).
