You will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Scrum teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver quality A2MAC1 Platform products and services to our customers.Your responsibilities will include working closely with the product owners to support the successful operation of the Agile delivery process and to ensure epics, stories, and Sprint items are effectively translated into actionable tasks for the development teams.Experience required:Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master, with a recognized Scrum Master certificationKnowledgeable of Agile frameworks and methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and understanding of software development lifecycles, project management principles and practices)Ability to exemplify and promote Agile values and principles and adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation techniques and measuring Agile KPIsAble to facilitate and support all Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning, Standup, Sprint Review and Retrospective)Coaching Scrum teams in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, effective communication, and decision makingRemoving impediments, conflicts and issues preventing Sprint progressContributing to Agile center of excellence to advance and improve Agile practices across the Technology teamSupporting the product owner and Scrum teams to deliver quality products and services to achieve customer satisfactionRequirements:Minimum of Bachelor's degree in an IT or computer science disciplineExcellent English (French a bonus) communication skills, able to facilitate, negotiate and coachCreative thinker, able to provide innovative solutions to problemsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsSelf-motivated and willing to work collaboratively as part of a teamComfortable working to tight deadlines and taking responsibility for deliverySeniority level:Entry levelEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries:IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
