The role will work in direct contact with customers, closely aligned with End-User Sales teams, to ensure a clear and effective commercial approach, and with Operations, to ensure consistent execution of Customer POs. He/She will act independently to execute the assigned tasks, aiming to solidly sustain the spare part business development and meet, or possibly exceed, customer expectations.Responsibilities:Be accountable for Customer relationship.Act as single point of contact for customers and sales regarding Pump Spare Parts Quotations and Orders management within the specific area of responsibility.Oversee spare parts quotation activity, ensuring a consistent commercial approach, in line with market expectations. Ensure offers are issued on time, and promptly inform counterparts of any delays.Manage Customer Portals.Review and approve TCs, SAP, CC, and any other legal and compliance requirements.Proactively recommend upselling, involving the technical team for alternatives or complementary products.Review customer-originated POs, ensuring compliance with acceptable terms before transferring to site.Ensure all new spare part opportunities are duly loaded in Flowforce and synchronized with Trident.Follow up on open opportunities and visit customers in coordination with Sales Engineer if required.Monitor Customer satisfaction and take adequate action to improve the Customer experience.Requirements:Commercial and/or Technical Bachelor’s degree preferred.Customer-focused and results-driven in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.Able to effectively prioritize work instructions within a matrix organization.Fluent in speaking and writing in French.Excellent in speaking and writing in English; additional languages are a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and be a Team Player with an international mindset.Ability to multitask efficiently and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint); deep knowledge of main IT application tools.Availability to travel when required.Knowledge of centrifugal pumps and/or rotating equipment is a plus.Co-op or Intern experience as a Quoting Resource with an industrial equipment manufacturer is a plus.Req ID: R-12506Job Family Group: SalesJob Family: SA Sales Support #J-18808-Ljbffr
