We are continuously looking for new talent (like you!) to support our mission to drive growth and innovation across some of the world’s leading brands.As a Sales Ops Analyst at Acolad, you will serve as a vital liaison for our local sales teams across Europe and the US, addressing all inquiries related to our Sales Stack and sales processes. You will play a key role in crafting and facilitating engaging programs for our Sales tools, collaborating closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment.Responsibilities:Sales process and analyticsIdentify opportunities to improve the operational efficiency of the current lead-to-order process and implement accordingly in the sales tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, etc.)Define and improve KPI monitoring by developing reports and dashboards in the sales systems to generate business insightsSales tools project managementAdministrate and be the business operational owner for sales tools. Stay up to date with the new sales features, technologies, and products, ready to implement new solutions that could be potentially impactfulWork closely with Salesforce PO and Salesforce admin as well as IT team to ensure tool improvement implementation and data integrationEducate new joiners and manage changes for existing users on sales tools by providing training and maintaining the knowledge management space (Sales Playbook) on ConfluenceSales tools program managementDrive adoption effectiveness of the sales tools by designing and leading various sales enabling initiatives (championship program, power user committees, etc.)Support Sales programs initiatives by collaborating with our Growth team, Marketing, Sales Academy, and Sales leadersMonitor closely ROI of our tools and propose improvements, actions to increase usage level and revenue generation.Requirements:3 years+ experience in the fields of revenue operation (sales/business/marketing) or sales excellence/enablementExpertise in sales tech stack, Salesforce administration experience mandatoryBusiness acumen and passion for data, technologies, and process optimizationExcellent communication skills to engage a wide range of audiences and collaborate internally and externally in an international environmentStrategic analytical thinking and creativityDetails and process-orientedAble to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced business environmentPerfect English, French is a plusA young and innovative teamCompetitive fixed salary with significant uncapped commissionsOffice based in Paris area (Boulogne)Dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growthRegular sales training and fresh upsGreat collaboration between international teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
