Job Description & Role ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales expert Management in the context of the definition of the business strategy and the realization of the sales planningIdentify key customer challenges and drivers to transformation that could be solved with 3DS solutionsDefine and update when needed the Client Strategy with the Customer Value Roadmap (CVR) document and all its Value Network (when appropriate) in the CRM My Client EngagementSell on value through assigned offers from Industry and Brand Portfolio within a defined territory.Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS sales referential while leveraging DS Platform as a communication channel both internally and externally. Provide Leadership based on business strategy, enabling connection of framework and consultative value selling engagementBuild and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business intimacy between 3DS and customer. Orchestrate 3DS teams (all stakeholders) to lead the execution of the Client strategy to create leads then growth opportunitiesProvide an accurate forecast on 5 rolling quarters and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectivesManage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standardsContribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, Loss reviews)Manage 3DS and Client ecosystems all along the customer experience to ensure global satisfactionQualificationsMin. 8 yrs (up to 20 yrs) of direct sales experiences to Korea large corporation ( Samsung and/or SK, etc.)Pro-active, result-oriented and aggressive attitude & mindset as sales personExcellent & persuasive communication skillSales experience to High tech industry will be preferred, but not mandatory.Sales experiences to C-level will be preferredMore than 3 years experiences in selling solutions in multi-national company with proven experience for consultative value selling will be a plusEnglish proficiency in business level is preferred
