Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Conducts order validations and entriesConfirms customer order receipt, creation, and deliveryMonitor and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returnsProvides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal productionServes as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalationSupports transfer projects and process improvement initiativesHandles routine maintenance of the Master Data SystemQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experienceSpecified Years of Industry-relevant professional experienceRelevant certifications, system experience, and trainingProfessional-Level English language skills mandatoryFrench mandatoryCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
