The successful candidate will work with the MAC Makeup Education team and will report in directly to the Retail and Education Director at MAC.
About the Role
Collaborate with Education teams across the EMEA region to support educators and maintain high-quality educational provision
Maintain and update education calendars, training materials, and digital assets
Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, PR) and external partners (salon owners, educators, vendors) in collaboration with digital education lead
Assist with content creation for education platforms (MyMAC-X), retailer’s needs and social media in collaboration with digital education lead
Support in strengthening consumer centric retail-tainement initiatives (services, dramming in store, events…) and piloting them in the markets. Track and report on event, services KPIs, feedback, and budget spend in collaboration with the EDU team
Lead, develop and implement Sales Retail & Education strategy & execution to translate brand vision across channels through (omni)initiatives that drive profit-accretive growth, boost performance while developing high performance teams and maximizing productivity
Financial and operational oversight: P&L and Performance management
Business development by cultivating strong relationships with key strategic partners for opportunity growth, scaling best practices across the markets
Leading simplification, transformation, change management and agility whist ensuring speed to market tacking into account local relevancy and business needs
Strengthening in-store Customer Experience and consistency of processes by leading cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in execution by implementing initiatives, projects and tools
Team leadership, drive talent capabilities and development of key competencies of the teams
Help with regular meetings and seminars for coaching, mentoring, partnership building, and localization of strategies, ensuring alignment with regional and local objectives
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Beauty Business, or Communications
Passion for the Beauty industry and specifically makeup
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Highly comfortable at analyzing data and providing feedback on key opportunities for market growth
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, written, verbal and presentation skills
Flexible, proactive, ability to meet deadlines and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, word and PowerPoint
Fluency in English language is required.
