The Digital RD Accelerator is one of the key pillars of the Sanofi Digital strategy, set-up to push the boundaries of our digital transformation, develop breakthrough technology and deliver AI/GenAI powered Digital RD products to accelerate drug discovery and speed-up development to get life-changing treatments and vaccines to our patients faster.Study Design is one of the Key Digital Product, with a bold ambition to transform study design, to leverage all available data and breakthrough technologies to streamline and optimize study designs and accelerate cycle times, improve patient burden, site complexity and overall cost.In this context, Sanofi is recruiting Digital Development Study Design – Digital Product Owner.About the jobIn this role you will own and delivery new innovative Digital Products to support Sanofi’s Patient recruitment strategy globally through scalable solutions powered by GenAI/AI to accelerate cycle time and bring medicine to more patients faster:Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspectiveDefine, create, and communicate product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysisWork cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departmentsBe accountable for delivering incremental value every sprintManage backlog prioritization of workWork with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issuesInspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possibleEnsure software meets all requirements of quality, security, extensibility, etc Conduct peer reviews for quality, consistency, and rigor for production level solutionActively contribute to Digital Product Owner community and define leading practices and frameworksRemain up to date on the company’s standards, industry practices and emerging technologies About youExperience:Product management or building complex digital solutions, with 5+ years of experience in product managementExperience in a healthcare company building Digital products in the Development space is a strong plus Soft skills:Strong drive and ability to build share product visionExcellent communication presenting skills, including with executive stakeholdersProven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teamsTrack-record of problem-solving overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindsetStrong cross-functional leadership influencing skillsStrong project management skillsTechnical skills:Solid knowledge and experience of Lean Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design IntegrationExperience in AI/GenAI model industrialization is a strong plusEducation:Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific fieldWhy choose us?  We provide a highly open and collaborative environment, with an opportunity to work with a world class team.
