We are looking for a Head of Audit M/F on a permanent contract at our site in Templemars (59).What's the job?Strategic Oversight: Support the Internal Audit Risk vision by developing and executing a risk-based, flexible audit plan for allocated entities or functions, ensuring balanced coverage of Group and local risks.Leadership and Reporting: Lead the audit plan’s delivery, provide timely findings and recommendations, and prepare reports for senior management and Board members.Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish consultative relationships with key stakeholders, participate in Audit Committee meetings, and serve as a point of contact for expert advice on risks and controls.Team Development and Efficiency: Lead and develop the audit team (2 direct reports and 7 auditors in 2 different locations), fostering a diverse and engaged workforce, leveraging data analytics, and optimizing resource use to drive productivity and efficiency.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices, enhance audit methodologies, and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team and business. Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient use of external resources when needed.What you'll bring• Communication Influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to gain the respect and attention of all levels of management.
