As Residential Supervisor, you help individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental illness reach goals and live productive and healthy lives in the community. Residential Supervisor provides day to day supervision and living skills instruction for the residents.This includes providing training and support for residents to help them attain maximum independence and maintenance of appropriate documentation. Provide transportation for service recipients as needed.Provide personal care/physical assistance to residents as needed.Supports the strategic goals and mission/vision/values of Centerstone at all times when interacting with clients, co-workers and professionals from other organizations and presents a positive and professional demeanor.Monitor service recipient progress in treatment and participate in treatment plan reviews as assigned. Update treatment plans as appropriate. Submit treatment plans at all stages for medical review.Completes all required documentation legibly, accurately, and in a timely fashion.Assist service recipient in developing an individualized treatment plan, must be person centered, family centered, and service centered. Monitor service recipient progress in treatment and participate in treatment plan reviews as assigned. Update treatment plans as appropriate. Submit treatment plans at all stages for medical review, if applicable. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. TB testing also required.Must meet requirements for DSP (Direct Support Professional) designation and Rule 116 requirements for medication administration within 90 day probationary period. Must successfully complete all required background checks and screenings and post-offer physical and other background checks prior to hire date.Must obtain CPR/First Aid certificationMust complete all required training within a 90 period.
