Project Director - Inpatient Malnutrition Care Management
MSF is currently in the early development phase of a project to improve inpatient malnutrition care outcomes by enabling global access to a novel therapeutic milk for stabilization care, while also continuing to improve Quality of Care (QoC) in ITFCs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the partnership strategy
- Lead the site(s) assessment
- Lead internal and external communication
- Oversee development of the funding strategy
- Oversee project risk management
- Lead the project Core Team meetings
- Lead the project team
- Lead quality of care improvement strategy & roll-out
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor or Supervising Nurse with background and in-depth knowledge of Pediatrics or Nutrition Knowledge in public health management
- 5 years proven experience in successfully leading complex medical projects with multidisciplinary teams
- 3 years' experience in working in or with resource-limited health systems
- Proven experience in MSF fields or any other medical organization
