Project Director - Inpatient Malnutrition Care Management

MSF is currently in the early development phase of a project to improve inpatient malnutrition care outcomes by enabling global access to a novel therapeutic milk for stabilization care, while also continuing to improve Quality of Care (QoC) in ITFCs.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the partnership strategy
2. Lead the site(s) assessment
3. Lead internal and external communication
4. Oversee development of the funding strategy
5. Oversee project risk management
6. Lead the project Core Team meetings
7. Lead the project team
8. Lead quality of care improvement strategy & roll-out

Qualifications

1. Medical Doctor or Supervising Nurse with background and in-depth knowledge of Pediatrics or Nutrition Knowledge in public health management
2. 5 years proven experience in successfully leading complex medical projects with multidisciplinary teams
3. 3 years' experience in working in or with resource-limited health systems
4. Proven experience in MSF fields or any other medical organization
