Job Description Due to the continued success and expansion of the Hi-Tech business in Europe, we are interested in speaking with Project Directors with a proven background in Hi-Tech and Manufacturing construction projects and programmes of work. EXPERIENCE Managing large scale complex projects and programmes, leading the project team and stakeholder relationships Experience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors: Data Centre; Pharma/Life Sciences; Industrial; Manufacturing; Logistics or similarly complex asset class Providing strategic plans for key client and programmes Providing key technical and commercial advice to clients across major projects Ensuring the project stays on time and within budget Embracing and working in a digital project management environment Full compliance with all policies, legislation, regulations and procedures Reporting regularly to key stakeholders including internal teams, appointed technical partners and the client Have a detailed understanding of the market and act as a brand ambassador, creating a pipeline of opportunity Qualifications Degree qualified in construction and/or engineering Professional memberships desirable Experience leading major projects and programmes Exemplary leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
