Job Description
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the B2B Product Marketing team, with a focus on Dailymotion Advertising solutions.
This role sits at the center of product, sales, and marketing. It requires comfort with ambiguity, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence across teams and senior stakeholders. You will manage several products at the same time in a fast-moving environment, while maintaining clarity, consistency, and execution pace.
The ideal candidate is a strong written and verbal communicator, able to work independently while staying closely aligned with cross-functional teams. Creativity, resilience, adaptability, and attention to detail are key to succeed in this position.
You will operate the full go-to-market strategy end to end, including sales enablement. You will work closely with Product teams on strategy and roadmap direction, while partnering with Communications and Field Marketing teams for amplification and local market adaptation.
This is a global role, acting as a strategic link between market insights, sales feedback, and product development. You will own positioning, messaging, and GTM execution across AI-driven advertising platforms, creative solutions, video intelligence, and brand experience services.
Key responsibilities
Market intelligence and product insights
Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive movements.Collect feedback from sales teams and clients to identify opportunities and gaps.Collaborate with Product teams to help shape roadmap priorities aligned with business goals.Go-to-market leadership
Define and execute product launch plans, ensuring strong alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.Lead product readiness and beta initiatives with Product and Customer teams.Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks for each launch.Drive GTM activation across owned channels such as newsletters and social media.Produce sales enablement assets and frameworks, operating the enablement strategy directly.Lead sales trainings for product and solutions launchesWork with Field Marketing to localize messaging and materials for priority markets.Partner with Communications to support launches through PR, events, and media initiatives.Measurement and iteration
Track product KPIs such as awareness, pipeline impact, and adoption.Refine positioning and share actionable insights with Product and Sales teams based on market results.Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar B2B marketing role, preferably within AdTech or SaaSProfessional proficiency in English and French, both written and spokenProven track record of managing full GTM lifecycles for complex digital productsExpertise in crafting messaging and positioning that translates technical features into business valueStrong analytical skills to track KPIs and pipeline impact
