Candidates will join a highly respected team of industry-leading Process Safety Management experts on challenging projects for many of the world’s largest corporations. /ppstrongWhat You’ll Do: /strong /ppAs part of AcuTech’s strongEU PSM team /strong, you will work directly with our clients on projects spanning all aspects of process safety and risk management. Successful candidates will proactively apply engineering and problem-solving skills to meet challenging safety and business objectives while seeking out leadership and growth opportunities. Initial work assignments will be on-site performing process safety engineering work, comprised of facilitating PHA's, incident investigations, MOC, and various other process safety management needs. /ppThis position offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth. Positions offered would be hybrid/remote in nature, with travel to client sites required. /ppstrongPosition Requirements: /strong /pulliMinimum 10+ years of experience required in the Hydrogen Fuels, Oil Gas industry (or Chemical/Petrochemical); ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, develop business and utilize strong project and people management skills. /liliA Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety). /liliRelevant experience in process safety management, experience in process or engineering design environment, manufacturing operations, and/or consulting environment. /liliAbility to develop a consulting business, including but not limited to developing proposals and making presentations. /liliSelf-motivated, independent, strong leadership and organizational skills. /liliExcellent English verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client service. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills and a consultative approach in supporting customer projects. /liliExperience in developing, implementing, or managing PSM programs. /liliExperience in developing, writing, implementing PSM plans, procedures, design philosophies, design bases, engineering specifications, standard operating procedures. /liliExperience developing evaluating/auditing PSM management systems advising management at all levels of the organization to effect positive change to operational excellence. /li /ulpstrongWhat’s Preferred: /strong /pulliIdeal candidates will be “Seller Doers” with existing client connections and an ability to generate new business. /liliExperience and expertise in PSM Technical Services such as: /liliProcess hazard analyses (PHA), and risk assessments, or related studies, such as HAZID, What-If, HAZOP, FMEA, and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA). /liliQuantitative Risk Assessment including QRA studies, fault tree/event tree analysis, facility siting studies, fire hazard, explosion, and toxic modeling. /liliSafety Instrumented Systems services such as: /liliSafety integrity level (SIL) assessment based on recognized knowledge of IEC61511 and related standards. /liliExperience and expertise in dust hazard management services such as: /liliEvaluating processes for dust hazard fire and explosion risks (DHA). /liliAuditing for dust hazard management. /liliExperience and expertise in reactive chemistry hazard management. /li /ulpDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion are core values at AcuTech, and we are passionate about building and sustaining an inclusive and equitable working environment for all.
