Posted 19 November 2024The OpportunityWe’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our People Culture strategy, providing expert guidance and support across the organisation. You’ll help drive the development of a best-practice employment framework, overseeing areas such as HR systems, policies, procedures, enterprise agreements, remuneration and classification structures, performance management, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and reporting requirements.You Will Be Responsible ForManage Benson Radiology, branch and industry quality management standards as per appropriate policiesBuild practice leadership capability across planning, and other people related domainsProvide policy and operational advice to the Executives and managers across Benson Radiology on a range of human resource operational / Employee Relations issues.Support and implement organisational reform initiatives including business simplification and automation processes through technological transformation of human resource practices that support Benson Radiology Strategic PlanDevelop and lead an employee engagement and planning process that identifies opportunities for improving delivery of PC functions.Provide operational PC advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, Employee Relations and disciplinary mattersPromote, support and manage the implementation of performance feedback and management processes for stakeholders (including Check In process)Uphold Benson Radiology’s values of Patient Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and Personal Excellence in everything you doTo Be Successful In This Role You Will HaveA minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated experience as a People Culture Business PartnerTertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or a related discipline is preferredSound understanding of Employment Law WHS LegislationExperience in leading changeStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnterprise agreement negotiation experience is desirableA solution-focused mindset, strong work ethic and attention to detailIf you are interested in this position, please forward your expression of interest to donna.sorenson@bensonradiology.com.auWe pride ourselves on being an equal opportunity employer, committed to supporting an inclusive diverse workplace.
