Find a job you’ll love today!Position Summary:Working under general supervision, this position requires thorough knowledge of standard practices used in the preparation, execution, distribution, and maintenance of bi-weekly payroll and payroll records for a growing organization.Job Requirements:• Responsible for the preparation and processing of multi state bi-weekly payroll runs including entering time and validating payroll prior to transmission• Process payroll adjustments such as retros, benefit adjustments, referral bonus, incentive awards, commissions and headset refunds• Process stop payments, direct deposit reversals and direct deposit returns• Responsible for administration and compliance of wage garnishments including IRS tax levy, child support, student loans and creditor garnishments• Provides assistance to HR associates on a daily basis• Prepares special reports for management• Maintains accurate payroll records and confidentiality of record content• Other duties as requiredQualifications:• Associate’s degree or the equivalent of a minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in payroll• Thorough knowledge of common company and departmental practice and procedures related to payroll activities• Previous payroll processing experience using Workday• Solid understanding of domestic and international payroll and payroll tax laws• Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel• Must be able work individually and within a dynamic team while maintaining confidentiality• Ability to work with minimum supervision while being involved with a variety of systems, technologies and different business areas• Must be able to work overtime, holidays and weekends when requiredIf you’ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, we look forward to hearing from you.
