We are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!VOTRE PROFILUnder the direction of the Supply Planning Manager, the Execution Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution of the planning process over a 0-6 week period, in order to deliver the highest level of service for customers across the full range of cocoa-based products, both for internal and third-party customers.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESEXECUTION PLANNINGEnsure the execution of plans for the 0-6 week period by working closely with Senior OPR planners, planning, customer service, the chocolate planning team, sales trading, and procurement in case of urgent needs/issues.Collaborate with global logistics teams to gain accurate visibility on incoming flows and ETA information for our inter-regional flows, in order to anticipate and resolve short-term shortages.Work with the coordination and trading teams to ensure proper execution of contracts for TP suppliers.Manage distribution within the regional network between factories and warehouses, handling daily disruptions to resolve immediate orders and shortages.Work closely with local planning/factory teams to monitor short-term planning changes to maintain optimized transport across the network.Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making when multiple options are identified.Provide feedback on ad hoc availability requests, based on existing stock, delivering possible lead times for contract bookings, working specifically with pricing and sales teams for assessment.PERFORMANCE MONITORINGTrack adherence to the factory production plan and ensure planning and execution follow-up, to guarantee the production plan is met, and agree on action plans in case of discrepancies as part of the weekly SOE cycle.Maintain optimal stock levels to meet order fulfillment targets.Create, update, and maintain supply planning reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).Maintain the target service level KPI – produce weekly, monthly, and cumulative reports and analysis for management.SOE PROCESS MANAGEMENTProvide updates and necessary information for the weekly Sales Operations Execution (SOE) meetings.Lead the daily SOE meetings.CRISIS MANAGEMENTAct as the orchestrator during crisis periods.Organize the meeting rhythm.Lead communication orchestration.DATA TOOLSMaintain master data for planning systems as needed (scope to be defined).Work with the Senior OPR Planner on building the OPR plan for the entire 0-4 week horizon – focusing specifically on the 0-6 week timeframe.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.TEAM MANAGEMENTManage a team of 5 OPR planners and subcontractors, both local and remote.Ensure team development through functional expertise and team collaboration.YOUR PROFILEBachelor's/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, within an industrial environment.APICS certification is a plus.Proficiency in English and experience in an international environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with prior experience in SAP, OMP, and other planning software is an asset.Ability to solve problems with a proactive mindset/prioritization management.Excellent communication skills.Critical thinking.Team management experience.Ability to work with multiple data sources and manage uncertainty.Flexibility and results-oriented mindset.Ability to align key stakeholders around common solutions.Ability to adapt easily to change and navigate uncertain environments.Role based in Louviers.At Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity Inclusion.
