Your experience within an FMCG company makes you more agile to quickly work on changes.About the roleAs a TPM Manager of our Donnery's Plant, you daily lead the operational excellence projects and work closely with our Plant Director on the plant transformation.You report your activity to the Operational Excellence Director and to the Plant Director.As part of the Plant Committee, your role involves coordinating, leading, developing, and delivering the SMW program within the entire factory.Your leadership is an asset while working on strategic topics to help the whole plant perform effectively.You are accompanied by the Donnery's continuous improvement team that you help to grow. You lead and develop the SMW roadmap, train and coach the factory teams, and prepare reports about the plant transformation results.Your analytical skills are essential for working on important projects regarding loss intelligence data, identifying loss-driven improvements, and providing benefits in terms of safety, quality, and costs.Finally, your strong communication is helpful while working with all stakeholders, sharing learning and best practices across other sites in Europe.What in it for youAs a SMW expert, the aim of your role is to work on the transformation continuous improvement strategy, leading it and daily managing KPIs, working on process expansion and methodologies improvement to gain on the OEE, etc.What I need to be successfulYou have an engineering background or similar.You have a consolidated background in TPM / Operational Excellence environment or equivalent.You have strong project management experience and have deployed and audited a plant.You have a good level of English.Your future with usSuntory is a Japanese company and the world’s third biggest player in the drinks industry.
