Offshore HSE SpecialistJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced Offshore HSE Specialist to ensure the highest safety standards during the installation operations of floaters for a Floating Offshore Wind Farm. This role requires a strong on-site presence both offshore and onshore, overseeing safety aspects during installation activities. The ideal candidate must be available for different shifts and have extensive vessel experience, including dragging operations, managing inductions, and verifying contractor certifications.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all HSE aspects during floater installation operations.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies in offshore and onshore environments.Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure a safe working environment.Supervise towing operations and vessel movements, ensuring safety protocols are followed.Manage safety inductions for all personnel involved in the installation phase.Verify and ensure the validity of contractor certifications and safety training records.Act as the focal point for incident investigation, reporting, and resolution.Collaborate with marine operations, construction teams, and HSE managers to mitigate risks.Provide safety leadership and guidance to offshore and onshore teams.Ensure all safety equipment and procedures are in place and operational before and during installation activities.Requirements:On-site HSE experience in offshore/onshore environments, preferably within wind farm or offshore energy projects.Strong background in offshore installation operations and marine safety protocols.Vessel experience, including towing operations and safety oversight.Proven experience in managing HSE inductions and contractor compliance verification.Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to offshore conditions.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, hazard identification, and risk mitigation strategies.Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).Relevant HSE certifications and offshore training (e.g., NEBOSH, GWO, BOSIET, or equivalent).Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Engineering, and Other #J-18808-Ljbffr
